Acupuncture - first session

Service Description

Welcome to our first session together! After booking, you'll receive an intake form to send me back prior to our meeting. When we meet, we'll go through it again together, and really take the time to listen to what's alive within you, and what your needs are. You can take a deep breath, enter the space and let yourself be held as we move through the session together. Once we feel we have explored as much as is needed, we'll move into the treatment. You lay down, relax and after connecting with your body and taking your pulse & tongue diagnosis, I'll start needling. You'll then rest for about 20-25min, until I come back to the room, take the needles out and we wrap up our session! Every session with me, but in particular the first one, is about taking. the time for YOU. There is no rushing. Not while we chat, not while I do the treatment.
