Service Description

Welcome to our first session together! After booking, you'll receive an intake form to send me back prior to our meeting. When we meet, we'll go through it again together, and really take the time to listen to what's alive within you, and what your needs are. You can take a deep breath, enter the space and let yourself be held as we move through the session together. Once we feel we have explored as much as is needed, we'll wrap up by giving you your herbal prescription (and suggestions as to where to order it). Every session with me, but in particular the first one, is about taking. the time for YOU. There is no rushing.
